Nomad Hilton Brings Its Signature Glamour to Singapore in 2026

The New York hotel brand renowned for making its restaurants and bars just as iconic as its guest rooms will plant its flag in Asia for the first time. Nomad Hilton Singapore is scheduled to open in late 2026, promising four distinct food-and-beverage concepts that blend Big City dazzle with local flavor—rather than simply replicating the brand’s U.S. formula.

Rather than a standard hotel stay, the property aims to become a destination in its own right. The team behind the project says each of the new venues draws inspiration from Singapore’s dining culture, nightlife, and social landscape, ensuring the brand’s first Asia-Pacific outpost feels authentically rooted in its surroundings.

Four Concepts, One City

Nomad Grill channels a classic New York chophouse with downtown energy. Expect dry-aged meats sourced globally, cooked over wood fire, alongside seafood, seasonal produce, and brasserie staples. It’s the brand’s most direct translation of its Manhattan heritage.

Sticky Fingers offers a dose of Singapore flair. By day, it serves house-made gourmet soft serve and sundaes. After sunset, the space transforms into an intimate cocktail bar where desserts and drinks feature unexpected flavor pairings—many woven from local ingredients.

The Tropicana Club pays homage to two legendary nightspots: Singapore’s own Tropicana Club, which defined the city’s nightlife in the 1950s, and Havana’s iconic Tropicana Club, founded in 1939. The result is a contemporary cabaret-inspired cocktail bar serving Martinis, Daiquiris, Manhattans, and tropical classics, accompanied by live music and curated DJ sets.

Lú Bar rounds out the quartet as a lush rooftop poolside lounge designed for lazy afternoons and golden-hour drinks, with aperitivo cocktails and refreshing pours.

Award-Winning Talent Behind the Bar and Kitchen

The drinks program is led by Leo Robitschek, the award-winning bartender whose work at Nomad earned a James Beard Award for Outstanding Bar Program and recognition on the World’s 50 Best Bars list. Joining him is newly appointed global culinary director Josh Harnden, whose two-decade résumé includes stints at Eleven Madison Park, One White Street, and The Noortwyck.

On the ground in Singapore, culinary direction falls to Lorenz Hoja, whose career has wound through acclaimed kitchens across England, France, Austria, the Maldives, and Singapore. He spent more than a decade working alongside legendary French chef Joël Robuchon, including at Singapore’s former two-Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon.

Broader Implications for Singapore’s Hospitality Scene

Nomad’s arrival signals continued confidence in Singapore as a global dining and lifestyle hub. The brand’s strategy—treating each F&B concept as a distinct, culturally attuned experience rather than a cookie-cutter export—could influence how other international hotel groups approach the Asia-Pacific market. For travelers and locals alike, the late-2026 opening adds a new layer of glamour to Singapore’s already vibrant food and nightlife landscape.
