Tiffany’s Iconic Blue Box Café Opens in Singapore This July

The famed café, a collaboration with chef Julien Royer, makes its Southeast Asian debut atop the brand’s newly renovated ION Orchard flagship.

Singapore—Come mid-July, diners can finally sip champagne and nibble on lobster rolls inside Tiffany & Co.’s signature Blue Box Café, which is landing in Singapore for the first time. The Southeast Asian debut will occupy the top floor of the luxury jeweller’s revamped triplex boutique at ION Orchard, marking a major milestone for the brand in the region.

A Culinary Collab with Michelin-Starred Credentials

The café’s menu is a transatlantic affair, developed under the direction of Daniel Boulud (the chef behind the original New York outpost) and tailored for Singapore by three-Michelin-starred chef Julien Royer of Odette. Expect American classics—think Tiffany’s signature blue-box-shaped desserts—executed with French technique and subtle nods to local ingredients. The café will seat about 40 guests, offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner service.

The Store: More Than a Boutique

The café is just one element of a dramatic overhaul at ION Orchard. After shuttering in September 2025 for renovations, the store reopened as Tiffany’s only triplex in Singapore, adopting the brand’s latest global store concept inspired by The Landmark, its Manhattan flagship. A kinetic light sculpture by British architect Hugh Dutton shimmers on the façade—a nod to the house’s diamond heritage.

Inside, the space doubles as a mini gallery. Highlights include a towering ceramic installation by New York artist Peter Lane and the Monumental Bronze-Mounted Vase, an 1898 creation by Louis Comfort Tiffany that references Singapore’s own flora and fauna. On the lower levels, shoppers will find Singapore’s first Tiffany watch salon, private VIP suites, and The Schlumberger Gallery, dedicated to the fantastical jewellery of designer Jean Schlumberger.

Garden in Bloom: A Rare Archival Exhibition

To toast the reopening, Tiffany is hosting Garden in Bloom, a public exhibition from July 2 to 12, 2026. It will feature 20 rare jewellery and watch masterpieces from the Tiffany Archives, many inspired by nature and Schlumberger’s world travels. The exhibition carries a local twist: historical photographs show that Schlumberger visited Singapore—including the Botanic Gardens and Raffles Hotel—leading Tiffany to believe the Republic’s lush landscapes influenced his designs. Tickets are available online.

What This Means for Singapore

Tiffany’s expansion signals a growing appetite for luxury experiential retail in Singapore. The café, already a social-media phenomenon in New York, offers a photogenic entry point for younger consumers, while the gallery and watch salon cater to high-end collectors. For local foodies, the collaboration with Royer—a chef synonymous with fine dining—bridges the gap between a jewellery brand and a serious culinary destination.
