Singapore’s largest wellness festival is leveling up. Glow Festival by Prudential returns for its fifth edition from July 10 to 19, 2026, moving from Marina Bay Sands to a new island-wide home on Sentosa. For the first time, the 10-day event blends its signature fitness and mindfulness programming with a full-scale music festival, headlined by Jason Derulo, Korean indie band Hyukoh, and Grammy-winning singer Alessia Cara. Organizers have also announced a three-year partnership with the Sentosa Development Corporation and the Singapore Tourism Board, signaling ambitions to grow Glow into a regional wellness destination.
What Is Glow Festival?
Launched in 2019 as a single-day event, Glow has evolved into a sprawling 10-day festival spanning more than 70 programs across Sentosa. The concept unites fitness, mindfulness, food, and live entertainment into one island-wide celebration. This year’s edition marks a turning point: a new strategic partnership with Sentosa’s development authority and Singapore’s tourism board aims to position Glow as a flagship wellness event for Southeast Asia.
Where and When
The festival runs from July 10 to 19, 2026, across multiple Sentosa locations. While wellness activities take place island-wide throughout the 10 days, the main hub is Palawan Green from July 17 to 19. That’s where six immersive festival zones, large-scale group workouts, and the headline concerts will be concentrated.
Daytime Fitness Headliners
Three internationally recognized fitness personalities lead this year’s wellness lineup. Joe Wicks—known globally as The Body Coach—will bring his signature high-intensity interval training sessions. Chontel Duncan leads strength-focused classes emphasizing performance and empowerment. Emi Wong, one of Asia’s most popular digital fitness creators, rounds out the trio with approachable workouts that have earned her millions of followers worldwide.
Beyond these headliners, attendees can choose from more than 70 sessions, including:
- Sunrise yoga and seafront runs
- Pilates, barre, and mobility training
- Functional fitness and breathwork
- Guided meditation and recovery classes
Activities are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes.
Evening Concert Lineup
When the sun sets, Glow transforms into a music festival. The evening schedule kicks off July 17 with Jason Derulo, the multi-platinum pop star behind hits like “Talk Dirty” and “Savage Love.” July 18 features Hyukoh, the acclaimed Korean indie band known for blending rock with alternative influences. Closing the festival on July 19 is Alessia Cara, the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter whose anthems include “Scars to Your Beautiful” and “Here.”
Supporting acts include BadBadNotGood, Phum Viphurit, Shye, Sobs, Daya, Shazza, Oake, and Layyi, ensuring a diverse musical experience across all three nights.
Beyond the Workouts
For those seeking a break from exercise, the festival offers several dedicated zones. Makers Meadow hosts hands-on craft workshops and creative activities. Mind Oasis provides guided meditation, breathwork sessions, and talks on stress management, sleep improvement, and sustainable wellbeing. Recharge Bay offers ice baths, stretching sessions, and muscle recovery treatments.
Food vendors at Glow Commons include Blue Smoke (in collaboration with chef Bobby Supatra), Dearborn, Korio, and Acai Collective, serving festival-friendly eats throughout the day.
The festival extends beyond Palawan Green. Sentosa Cove and Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa will host resort yoga, spa treatments, poolside workouts, and family-friendly programming.

What This Means for Singapore’s Wellness Scene
Glow’s expansion into a 10-day format with a major music component reflects a broader trend: wellness tourism is becoming a priority for Singapore’s hospitality and events sectors. The partnership with Sentosa Development Corporation and the Singapore Tourism Board suggests this festival is more than a one-off—it’s a long-term investment in positioning Sentosa as a hub for health, fitness, and culture. For visitors and locals alike, Glow 2026 offers a rare chance to experience world-class fitness instruction, live music, and island relaxation all in one place.
