The two-year-old Neapolitan hotspot just landed its highest-ever spot on the 50 Top Pizza World list—and it’s celebrating with a brand-new menu.
Singapore’s pizza game just got a serious upgrade. Anto Pizza e Aperitivi has jumped from 95th to 81st place on the prestigious 50 Top Pizza World 2026 list, making it the only pizzeria in the city-state—and the highest-ranked—to crack the global ranking. The announcement caps off a banner year for the two-year-old spot, which has quickly become a heavyweight in the region’s competitive pizza scene.
Born from the collaboration of cousins Antonio Brancato, a master pizzaiolo hailing from the southern Italian town of Pignola, and Giancarlo Mancino, an internationally celebrated bartender, Anto brings a fresh yet deeply traditional approach to Neapolitan pizza. The secret lies in the details: the dough uses Molino Pasini flour sourced from northern Italy, undergoes a full 24-hour proof, and is topped with hand-crushed, in-house seasoned tomatoes imported fresh from Italy.
The recognition is no fluke. Earlier this year, Anto secured 15th place on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2026 list, retaining its title as Singapore’s top-ranked pizzeria in the region for the second consecutive year. Now, as the restaurant celebrates its second birthday this September, it’s marking the occasion with what fans would call the ultimate gift: an expanded menu.
Launching October 4, the new menu is both a retrospective and a forward-looking statement. It brings together Anto’s most iconic pies alongside new creations born from Antonio’s culinary collaborations across Asia. Highlights include the Origini, crafted during Antonio’s residency at Hong Kong’s acclaimed Fiata—a dish that seamlessly merges his Basilicata roots with Salvatore Fiata’s Campanian heritage. Two more pizzas from a residency with Manila’s Amano, the 4 Pepi and Bufala in 4, will also join the lineup.
The menu also revives Anto signatures like Bottarga alla Scapece and Anatra Quasi all’Arancia, which trace Antonio’s journey from southern Italy to Singapore, reflecting the diverse culinary influences he’s gathered along the way.
For those eager to taste what the buzz is about, reservations are now open via Anto’s website. The restaurant is located at 2 Jiak Chuan Road, Singapore 089260.
As the global pizza community takes notice, Anto isn’t just riding a wave—it’s setting the standard for what modern Neapolitan pizza can be in Southeast Asia. And with this latest accolade, one thing is clear: this cousin-led kitchen is just getting started.
